Organizer Terms
Applies to all organizer accounts on Zivora Ticket Hub
1. Eligibility & verification
Organizers must complete KYC verification and be approved before publishing events.
2. Responsibilities
Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event information, delivering the event, and honouring their stated refund terms.
3. Fees & payouts
A platform service fee may apply to paid ticket sales; the current rate, any agreed override and whether it is paid by the buyer or deducted from your payout are shown in your dashboard. Net proceeds are paid out to your registered account after settlement.
4. Content & conduct
Events must be lawful. Zivora may suspend or remove events and organizers that violate these terms or platform policies.
5. Data
Organizers may access attendee data solely for event delivery and check-in, in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
