Refund PolicyOrganizer verification (KYC)
Anyone can create an organizer account, but payouts are released only after identity/business verification. Sensitive identifiers are encrypted and masked.

Checkout via M-Pesa or Visa/Mastercard. Online payments are currently being finalized for full live transactions, and clear status is always shown before you pay. Zivora never stores card numbers or PINs.

Every QR ticket is validated against Zivora's records at the gate and can be admitted once. Cancelled or refunded tickets are declined automatically.
Entry FAQFraud prevention
One-time QR use, rate-limited ticket lookups, atomic stock control so tiers can't oversell, and organizers can only scan tickets for their own events.
Fraud-protection detailsSafeguarded information
Passwords are hashed, verification identifiers encrypted at rest, and organizer/admin tools are role-restricted. No ad trackers or third-party analytics cookies.
