Do I need a Zivora account to buy a ticket?

No. Browse events, pick your tickets, enter your name, email and phone, pay, and your QR ticket is issued instantly — no account needed. Creating an account is optional and lets you keep every ticket under My Tickets.

How do I receive my tickets?

Instantly. After payment, your secure QR tickets appear on your confirmation page and we email them to you. You can also retrieve them anytime via Find My Ticket.

Can I buy tickets for friends?

Yes. Choose the quantity you need at checkout — each ticket gets its own unique QR code.

What if a ticket tier is sold out?

Sold-out tiers are shown as unavailable immediately. Inventory is reserved the moment you pay, so two people can never buy the last ticket.

Where do I find my ticket?

Open My Tickets. If you bought as a guest, enter the email you used at checkout and your order number (in your confirmation email) to view, download or save your QR e-ticket. Account holders see all tickets after logging in.

I lost my confirmation email. What now?

Use Find My Ticket with your checkout email and order number. If you no longer have the order number, contact Zivora™ Support with your name, event and purchase date.

Can I download or save my ticket?

Accepted Answer

Yes — download it as a PNG e-ticket from your confirmation page or My Tickets. Apple and Google Wallet passes are coming soon.

Can I link past guest purchases to a new account?

Yes. Create an account with the same email you used at checkout and your previous tickets are linked automatically.

Which payment methods are supported?

Zivora supports M-Pesa and major debit/credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. Available payment methods may vary by country, event and currency.

How does M-Pesa checkout work?

Enter your Safaricom number, tap Pay and approve the STK prompt on your phone with your M-Pesa PIN. Your tickets are issued as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Is there a service fee?

A small platform service fee is shown clearly before you pay. There are no hidden charges.

My payment failed or timed out. Was I charged?

If the payment didn't complete, no tickets are issued and any reserved inventory is released. If money left your account without a ticket, contact Support with your M-Pesa receipt code.

How does check-in work?

Event staff scan the QR code on your ticket at the gate. Each ticket is single-use and can't be admitted twice.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No. Show the QR code on your phone — from the confirmation page, My Tickets, your email or the downloaded PNG.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Anyone presenting the QR code can be admitted once. Never share screenshots publicly; a scanned code cannot be reused.

Refunds follow each event's policy and our Refund Policy. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

What happens if an event is cancelled or postponed?

You'll be notified by email. For cancellations, refunds are processed per the Refund Policy; for postponements your ticket stays valid for the new date unless stated otherwise.

Click Sell Tickets or Become an Organizer, create your organizer account with your brand name, contact details and password, and you're taken straight to your dashboard to create your first event. No ID or business documents are needed to get started.

No setup fee and no monthly subscription. A platform service fee applies to successful paid ticket transactions only.

How do organizers get paid?

Track sales and payouts in your dashboard. Ticket proceeds are settled to your registered payout account after the event settles; a one-time payout verification may be required before your first payout.

Yes. Create percentage or fixed-amount promo codes per event from your Organizer Dashboard.

How do I scan tickets at my event?

Open the Scanner from your dashboard on any phone. Scan with the camera or type the ticket code — duplicates are rejected automatically.
